Step 1 - Expression of Interest
Upon receiving expression of interest through our website, we would have a detailed meeting either in person or via Teams to best understand your business, challenges, your work culture and to give you a synopsis of how we function.
Step 2 - Contract
If you decide that our services might be a good fit to your business- we will send out a draft contract for to review and we will seek a registration fee of $1500 per staff 1 Month deposit to finalise the contract.
Step 3 -Talent scouting
We understand the skill and attributes required to function in this high-pressure role and hence We find the best possible associate for your team based on our first interaction from the pool of talented candidates that we continuously keep in touch
Step 4 - Training and onboarding
Once an associate is selected based on interview parameters- we undertake a meticulous 3-4 week training program to get them up and running to navigate the challenges of broker world. During the training program, we organise 2 meetings per week to seek your insights on any work flow process. Associates are then transitioned to your business to provide a dedicated email address under your business and access to your systems.
Step 5 - Workshop support and HR
We provide credit support for all our associates for up to 3 months to workshop complex deals. We provide on going training and upskilling courses until associates completes their probation.
